THE HEID-STÜBLI IS MOVING!
In the summer season 2020, the Heid-Stübli will temporarily move into the walls of our restaurant Giardino directly opposite Kuchikästli. Here we serve the popular Heid-Stübli classics in an airy, light and airy ambience – at pleasant temperatures even outdoors on the Giardino terrace.
In this way we are following the wish of many guests to be able to enjoy the Heid-Stübli cuisine in summer by daylight, during and after sunset.
We are there for you every day. Wood stone oven Pizza is available from 17.00 h.
In winter season
our restaurant Heid-Stübli creates a beautiful, cosy combination of Swiss mountain landscape and traditional Swiss specialities.
The mountain air will whet your appetite! Perhaps you’ll enjoy one of our fondue variations, ranging from classical to moitié-moitié and Chinoise – or maybe raclette is more to your taste? Perhaps one of the many “Rösti” variations? Or capuns, the luscious Graubünden speciality? “Bündnerfleisch” air-dried meat, Salsiz, and Graubünden mountain cheese are also staples on the Heid-Stübli menu, as well as the legendary Graubünden barley soup.
At Heid-Stübli, you can experience the warm atmosphere of a homey “mountain hut” along with the culinary specialities of the Swiss mountain environment – bon appetit!

Even if you have booked the half-board arrangement, you can dine in the Heid-Stübli. Please reserve your table at the reception desk and we will credit you with CHF 58.00. Your consumptions at the Heid-Stübli will be charged according to the a la carte prices.
